Rectangle passing - Extension with diagonal pass
- Level:
- Easy, Intermediate
- Duration:
- 20 min
- Recommended age:
- ["U8","U10","U12","U14"]
Description
1st exercise mode: * Start always from the yellow cone and pass counter-clockwise. * Player A passes to player B and runs towards them. Player B sets the ball for A, who receives it on the run. * This process is repeated at each of the four corners (cones). * Players always move to the next cone (where they passed the ball). * Attempt to make passes with the right foot. Possible variations: - Perform passes clockwise and with the left foot. - One-touch passing --> Focus on precision over speed. - Make the grid smaller --> Requires even more passing precision. - Tournament --> Group A vs Group B, who completes more laps in (1, 2, 5...) minutes? 2nd exercise mode: * Same circuit as the first mode. * Difference: When player D (at the blue cone) sets the ball for player C, they play it diagonally to player E.
