Passing in two V-rectangles

Description

The exercise begins with a horizontal pass from both players in the starting positions. Next, two diagonal passes are made. The first pass is played by the player in the outer rectangle to the nearest player in the inner rectangle; the second pass is played by the latter to the next player in the outer rectangle (see 2 + 3). After each pass, players rotate positions horizontally (see (1)), ensuring constant movement and rotation. Alternative: After a few minutes, the inner players switch positions with the outer players.
