Passing with finishing - Variation IV

Description

The left and right groups alternate starting and perform passing variations I + II with a shot on goal. The passer decides which variation to play. In any case, the goalkeeper starts the passing combination with a goal kick. Variation I: A (1) passes to C, while B moves 2-3 meters to the side at the same moment as A's pass to play a one-touch pass from C (2) to D (3). Player D attempts to score. A runs to the middle cone and B takes D's position. C stays at the middle cone. D moves to the starting cone, etc. Variation II: Z starts with a pass (1) to X, whose first run is towards Z. Then player X pivots the ball (movement 2) into Z's path before making a run. Z passes to Y (3) and Y returns it one-touch into X's path (4). X passes to W (5) and W attempts to score. After the pass, Z moves to the middle cone where Y was. X positions himself after his three runs at the cone where W was, and W moves to the starting cone. Alternative: - Goal competition. Each team counts the goals scored. - The exercise can be performed with two goals to increase speed and rhythm.
