Description
Player A starts the drill by passing to player B and immediately makes a diagonal run while player B plays the ball back to A and sprints in a straight line to cone III. Player A controls B's pass with one touch, continues dribbling for about 2-3 meters, and passes to C. A continues his diagonal run and receives the pass from C back to his feet. Player C sprints to cone I, rounding cone IV after passing the ball to A. Player A changes direction after controlling C's pass and dribbles at high speed back to the starting cone (cone I). It is recommended to view the diagram to follow player movements and rotate positions after each practice.
