Passing with dribbling and runs

Description

Player E starts the drill from cone II with a starting movement into the triangle formed by I + II + III. Player D, who is at cone III with the ball, plays a pass into the path of player E, who then plays a one-touch pass to player A. Player A passes the ball with high velocity to player B at cone V, and immediately runs towards cone III, skirting cone IV on the left. At cone IV, player A receives a pass into his path from B, and then plays either one-touch or with a touch towards cone I. Player D is waiting at this cone, having sprinted to cone I after starting the drill with a pass to E. There, he plays a first-time pass into the path of A, who controls the ball and positions himself at cone III. Player C takes A's position at cone VI, player D moves to cone II, and E runs to cone IV. B stays at cone V, but it is recommended to rotate positions occasionally. Finally, the drill restarts with the same passing and running patterns.
