Passing with dribbling - Variation III
- Level:
- Intermediate
- Duration:
- 20 min
- Recommended age:
- ["cadete","juvenil"]
Description
Players A and E start the drill simultaneously. Player A plays a diagonal pass to player C, who plays a one-touch pass back to player B. B then plays a diagonal pass to D, who controls the ball and dribbles quickly towards the starting cone. Since the group with players E to H performs the exact same passes and runs, a situation arises where D and H cross paths on their way to the starting cones. Just as both players cross, they exchange the ball. They can use a verbal cue, a shout, or a signal, and then continue to their starting positions. After each pass, players rotate positions within the group. Each player moves to the next cone in a clockwise direction. The diagonal pass can be played either on the ground or in the air.
