Passing 4

Description

Divide the team into groups of 4 players. Each group sets up a line of three cones and receives a ball. The distance between the cones is 10-12m. One player is placed at each cone except for one cone where two players will be, and that is where the ball starts. Player A passes to player B and follows their pass. Player B lays it off for player A and turns towards player C. Player A plays to player C and moves to player B's position. Player C lays it off to player B, rounds the cone, and receives the ball from player B into space. Player B moves to player C's position and player C plays a long lofted pass to player D, follows their pass, and joins the queue behind player D. Player D to player A, as a result of the drill that follows. Tip: If this drill is part of the warm-up, moderate the speed. Variations: - Players can pass using only the right or left foot
