Passing with running - Variation II

Description

All four groups start the drill simultaneously and perform the same passing patterns. Example GROUP I: A plays a wall pass with B and then plays a long ball to player A of group II. At the same time, group II performs the same passes. Player A of group II also plays a long ball to player A of group I. Groups III and IV perform the same passing sequence. After the long passes, players sprint to change positions within their group.
