Passing with Subsequent Coordination Run

Description

Place 3 groups behind the cones (blue, yellow, red). The coach plays the ball in any order to the 3 groups. When passing to a side, the receiving player moves towards the ball, and the other two players follow him back to the starting position (next to the next cone). After each station has received the pass, the 3 players participate in a coordination run: Blue coordination: Sprint through the vertical poles and then perform large lateral jumps (one foot, right leg = right ring, left leg = left ring) through the rings. Yellow coordination: Perform lateral steps over the hurdles (alternatively, lateral jumps with both feet), then sprint towards the small goal and around it (always facing forward). Red coordination: Perform a coordination ladder exercise of your choice, increase the pace towards the hurdles and jump over them (using both feet). Then, the players rotate and join the next group (ensure that after the runs, they jog back at a gentle pace for active recovery).
