Description
A player is positioned with the ball on each side of the pitch. Players stand behind the goals with a width of 3 meters. Two players engage in a 1v1 duel inside the pitch. The attacking player calls for the ball from one of the outside players. Upon receiving the ball, they enter the 1v1 duel and attempt to pass to another outside player. If successful, they score a point. If the defender regains possession, they can also pass to an outside player to score a point and earn the right to attack. The drill ends based on time or points.
