Description
Objective: - Play inside to finish outside. Conditioning rule: - Defending players (defending the main goal) can only leave their zones when their direct opponent receives the ball. - To finish, at least 2 players inside with bibs must have touched the ball. Notes: - The idea is to pack the players inside to create space on the flanks. - When the ball reaches the wide players, try to reach the byline and cross.
