Description
First, player A plays a ground or aerial pass to B. Player B sets the ball back for A. Player A dribbles to the cone, rounds player B, runs with the ball to the large cone on the other side, and finally dribbles towards the next group of players to make the pass, allowing the next player to start the drill. Then, they join the back of the line. The red group with players D and C performs the same exercise simultaneously with the opposite path (as shown in the animation). Alternatives: This drill can be performed as a small competition. The group that completes the exercise the fastest wins.
