Open Body Shape Passing

Description

Variation 1: Player B moves 1.5m to the left in an open stance. Player A plays an inside-foot pass to B's open foot. B controls the ball and plays a firm pass to C's open foot, who has moved 1.5m to the left. C passes to D, who then moves to the right. D plays a one-two with E, and E dribbles back to the starting position. Each player rotates to the next cone. Variation 2: Player C moves 1.5m to the left in an open stance, player A plays a firm inside-foot pass to C's 'far' foot. C controls and touches the ball into B's space, who plays a firm inside-foot pass to D's 'far' foot. This touch goes to C. C passes to E. E touches the ball to D. D plays a one-two with E, and E dribbles back to the starting position. Each player rotates to the next cone.
