Description
Objective: - Improve lay-off play. Conditioning rule: - The player inside plays one-touch. - After playing a lay-off, switch the ball to the other square. Observations: - We play in one zone; as soon as we play to the player inside, we switch the ball. - Players in the opposite zone must be body-oriented to receive.
