Description
The player positions themselves on the pitch and passes the ball against the first bench/wall. After controlling the returning ball, the player uses the first touch to play the ball against the second bench/wall. The player alternates passing the ball against the top and bottom bench/wall. Variations: Perform a body feint before the first touch. Perform the exercise against the clock (How much time is needed to play against each bench/wall 5 times?).
