Description
6 players, 2 balls, and one player in the middle. The drill can be performed with five players and two balls, though seven players is optimal. It is a free-passing drill where each player decides where to pass. All positions must be occupied at all times. After each pass, players must move and change positions. Players rotating positions must always choose a spot where only one player is currently located. The pivot in the middle is the only player who does not change position.
