Passing, Coordination, and Overlap Drill

Description

The drill starts with player A. A plays a long ball to B and moves towards the poles, navigating them laterally. B passes to the approaching C, who has made a preliminary movement, and then sprints to overlap player D. C passes to the approaching player, D. D dribbles briefly and plays a pass into B's path. B dribbles to the byline, plays a long ball back to position A and over the small hurdles. Rotation: A -> D B -> A C -> B D -> C
