Description
Each team circulates a ball within a square. Upon receiving a command (e.g., 1), the ball must be passed immediately through the post by the player marked as 1. The team that completes the task fastest wins a point. The player behind the post then takes the number of the last passer (1) and enters the square. The teammate then dribbles from behind the post into the square with the ball. The passer (1) positions themselves behind the post and takes the next player's number. Repeat the process.
