Description
Players 1 and 7 are the starting positions, each with a ball. They begin passing in ascending numerical order: player 1 passes to 2, player 2 passes to 3, player 3 sends it to 4, etc. Simultaneously with player 1, player 7 also passes their ball to player 8, etc. Initially, the drill is performed with at least two touches per player (not one-touch). During the course of the drill, switch to one-touch passing. Alternatives: - Players 1, 5, and 9 start with a ball (three balls in total). - The number of players and balls is variable. The higher the number, the greater the difficulty. There are different options for passing: - With the inside of the foot - With the laces (instep) - With the outside of the foot - Curled pass with spin Variations: Players have a maximum of three touches. They must control the ball with one touch, perform a quick change of direction with the second, and use the last to pass to the corresponding teammate.
