Objective: - Dribble to release. Conditioning rule: - Defend only within the assigned zone. Observations: - Center-backs must dribble to draw opponents in before passing. Attacking players have a numerical advantage. - 2 defenders may enter the zone where the center-backs are. In this case, the defensive midfielder can drop as a third center-back to build up play.
