Description
Two groups are formed, positioned to the left and right of the goal respectively. Each player has a ball. The goal is to score in a full-size goal. Group A starts. The first player positions themselves diagonally to the group at the cone and receives a lofted pass, then must head the ball directly into the goal. Then it is Group B's turn. The game continues until a target is reached (e.g., "which team scores 10 goals first?").
