Description
Objective: - Scan before receiving. Conditioning rule: - After 4 or 5 passes, play with outside support players. - Play with the support player behind me. - Support players will hold a colored cone in each hand, with one raised. Notes: - Before passing to the support player, the player must call out the color of the cone being held up. - On the third pass, the ball must return to the inner square. - When the ball is being played on the outside, only the neutral players (jokers) can leave the inner square.
