Description
Players with the ball are positioned outside the pitch, and players without the ball are positioned inside the pitch. The external players pass the ball to the internal players and give the command "turn" or "one-touch": On "turn", the receiving player turns and carries the ball. After a short dribble, the ball is passed back. On "one-touch", the receiving player must return the ball with one touch to the passer.
