Description
*We form two groups on each side of the limited space. In each group, we have two circuits, one made of markers and the other of cones. *A player from each side starts the circuit by jumping over the markers: A with right and left leg, and B with left and right. *Once the first circuit is completed, the coach passes the ball and we start the cones. A performs dribbling with the left foot and B with the right. Upon reaching the end, they pass to the coach.
