Finishing in Numerical Superiority

Description

The attacking team (green) starts in a 2v1 situation and tries to score as quickly as possible. After each scoring attempt (goal/miss), an additional attacking player (with a new ball) and an additional defensive player enter the field. This gradually progresses to a 3v2, 4v3, 5v4, and finally a 6v5 situation. If the defending team (red) regains possession or the goalkeeper makes a save, they initiate a counter-attack towards the opposite goal. Once all players are on the field, they play freely for 5 minutes. Then, a new round begins with the 2v1 setup.

Objectives

Player behavior, 1v1, 1v1, Transition exercise, Quick transition (defense to attack) (Counter-attack), Quick transition (attack to defense) (Recovery), Man up / Man down
