Description
Each player has a ball. Perform various exercises such as feints, fakes, deception, and changes of pace. Vary the rhythm and incorporate active recovery phases with the ball. Adjust regeneration to the load. Use both feet. Alternate between 1 minute of effort and 1 minute of active recovery.
