- Duration:

Description
1st: 3 ATTACKERS, THREE MIDFIELDERS, AND TWO WINGERS. We perform movements to finish on goal. The ball must be played to the player inside the boxes; otherwise, you cannot attack. The player in the central box has two touches: one to control and the other to shoot or pass. To attack down one flank, you must have previously played through the other flank. 2nd: Add the opposing defensive line. Defenders must prevent the goal without being able to mark the players inside the boxes, though they can close down passing or shooting lanes. If they win the ball, they earn a point if they pass it over the halfway line. The other team must press immediately upon losing possession; when the ball is lost, everyone must press, including those in the boxes. The player who passes to one of the boxes sprints to occupy that position and stays there until they receive a pass. You cannot pass the ball directly from one flank to the other, nor can you send a long diagonal ball to the flank; the ball must be circulated along the ground, always looking for a pass to the striker. It is not necessary for the ball to go to the flank for the striker to score. 3rd: Add two central pivots to the defending team's back four, using the same parameters as the previous point. 4th: The defending team plays with two lines of four, requiring faster ball circulation to create gaps between players and lines. 5th: Place the same boxes in the other penalty area, but with the three boxes aligned on the edge of the area with the central box. Play 11v11. When a team gets the ball into the outer box, they can cross the ball between the goal and the defenders for the strikers to attack. The other team continues playing as before, i.e., reaching the byline on one flank to switch the ball to the other flank to attack. The team that was attacking, upon losing the ball, must press to prevent the opponent from quickly playing the ball to the players in the boxes.
