HIIT Training with GUARDIOLA Finishing

Description

The player starts with a backward run, alternately touching a cone to the left and right. Then, side-to-side jumps over hurdles. Long jumps as close as possible to the pole on the ground. Turn to receive the ball, using a body feint to move into space where they receive the ball from a teammate. Open ball control, dribble through 2 mannequins, and finish on goal. After the shot, sprint back to the group.
