Passing Drill with Cone Gates

Description

Variant 1: Players stand approximately 1 meter behind their cone gate. Player 1 starts with a pass through both cone gates. Player 2 positions the ball with the first touch to the right or left of their cone gate and passes back through the opposite cone gate with the second touch. If the cone gate is missed, the receiving player must position the ball back inside with the first touch and pass through both cone gates with the second touch. Variant 2: Players stand laterally approximately 1 meter behind their cone gates on the same side. Player 1 passes parallel to the cone gates to their teammate. This player takes the ball with the inside of the foot (closest to the cone gate) to the other side of the cone gate and plays a return pass to the starting player.
