Description
Initially, run through the course at a moderate pace. Perform turns at the last two cones. The path from the last cone back to the starting point is done at a faster pace. Subsequently, perform the exercise with the ball. Players dribble through the course, performing feints at the cones. A ground pass is played at the last cone to return to the starting position.
