Description
A player from cones A and D start the drill simultaneously, dribbling towards the center cone/flag and performing the dribble chosen by the coach. Then, they run diagonally to the cone in front of them. Players starting at cones B and C then begin the same drill as soon as players A and D have passed the center cone. Variation: Players run to the center cone, perform the coach's chosen dribble, backheel the ball, and return to their starting cone.
