Description
Starting from the four cones, the ball dribbling always begins towards the first yellow cone on the right and then towards the left to the next red cone, as shown in the diagram. Turn before reaching the cone, not after passing it. Players start from all four starting positions simultaneously. The second player in line begins once the first has completed the drill. Drill 1: Before each cone, always change direction using the inside of the foot. Drill 2: Before each cone, always change direction using the outside of the foot. Drill 3: Before each cone, always perform a step-over. Drill 4: Before each cone, perform a Cruyff turn. Drill 5: Before each cone, perform a shot fake. Drill 6: Before each cone, perform one of the drills 1-5, so that all variations are completed in one round.
