Endurance Drill with Shooting

Description

Players start by running without the ball from their starting line (red) and have 10 seconds to shoot at the goal on the opposite side. Then, they have 20 seconds to retrieve the ball and place it back on the red line. Then they repeat the process in the opposite direction. 4 minutes of exercise followed by a 2-minute recovery break, repeat for 4 sets.
