Description
Initially, the ball is in one of the squares and is passed to the next square. The receiving player is outside the square and runs towards the ball to take it with one touch in the new direction of play. Then, the ball is passed to the next square. The drill continues as a continuous passing exercise. Players run towards the ball after each pass. If there are more than 8 players, 2 balls can be in play simultaneously. In this case, reduce the speed slightly and ensure both balls are in play at the same time.
