Description
The drill starts with a pass from A to B. B moves towards the ball and plays diagonally to C. Then, C passes to D, who briefly checks to the ball and, on the command "Set!", lays it back to C. C then plays a long pass to E, who takes it wide and passes through the cone gate to position A or C. • As a follow-up action, player E performs a coordination task. • All players follow their pass. Except C, who rotates to D, and D to E.
