Description
Player A dribbles through the cone course with speed and passes to B, who runs towards them through the coordination ladders. B lets the ball return to A, who passes directly to C, who in turn runs towards B through the coordination ladders. C passes directly back to B, who has started a curved run towards the goal line and plays a sharp ball into the middle. C occupies the near post, and A runs behind C to occupy the far post for the shot on goal.
