Cognitive Exercise: Action Circle

Description

Exercise 1: Each player has a ball in front of them and performs alternating (left/right) feints. They are given various tasks to solve without interrupting their footwork, such as math problems, visual tasks, etc. Exercise 2: If tennis balls are available, each player takes a ball in each hand. Both balls are thrown simultaneously a few centimeters high and caught with crossed arms. Then, the balls are thrown and caught again without crossing the arms. Repeat the exercise while performing feints over the ball. Exercise 3: Juggling the ball between the feet. While doing this, players pass an additional ball around the circle, catch it, and pass it to the next player. Exercise 4: Juggling the ball. The coach stands in the center of the circle. Numbers are assigned for different exercises (catching, heading, etc.). While players juggle their ball, the coach throws the ball and calls out a number. The player must perform the corresponding action.
