Description
Attackers position themselves at the halfway line with their balls. Defenders stand in front of the attackers at a distance of 3-4m. On the coach's signal, the attacker dribbles towards the penalty area. The defender takes a side-on stance and backpedals, trying not to actively win the ball, while the attacker avoids beating the defender. When both players reach the penalty area, they switch roles. Variation 1v1 Defensive fundamentals On the coach's signal, the defender is allowed to actively win the ball and the attacker attempts to beat the defender.
