Description
2 teams take turns shooting at goal against each other. The player from each team dribbles around the pole at position 1 and must shoot quickly at goal (positions 1 and 5 are slightly tighter angles). Only when a player from a team reaches position 1, can all players from that team shoot from position 2, and so on. The goal is for a team to score a goal from all designated positions first! (Positions can be expanded as desired). To train shooting with the other foot, players must switch sides appropriately when dribbling. Progression: Both teams start simultaneously. The next player can only start dribbling once the player in front has finished shooting. (This significantly increases dribbling speed).
