Description
Players dribble within the area and perform coordinative exercises based on the coach's commands. Dribbling is performed with both feet at a relaxed pace. Knee Stops: The ball is stopped from dribbling once with the left knee and once with the right knee. Hip Stops: The ball is stopped from dribbling using the hip. Ball Juggling: The ball is juggled between the inside of the feet. Alternating Jumps: Using quick alternating jumps, players touch the ball alternately with the left and right instep. Players move backwards during this exercise.
