Ball Mastery - Foot-Tennis

Description

The serve must be performed as a volley, tossing the ball with the hand, or as a lofted pass. The ball can only bounce once in each half. Each team has a total of three touches. (On the third contact, the ball must be passed to the other half). After each touch, the next player must rotate to touch the ball. One point is awarded for each rally won. The serve is taken by the team that won the point. After each serve, the player serving must rotate. A set lasts until 21 points. The number of sets to win is decided by the coach. Winners of a set must have at least a 2-point lead. This means if the score is 21:20, the team with 21 must score another point to reach 22:20.
