Description
The first players from A and B dribble forward simultaneously and finish at the edge of the penalty area. Immediately after the shot on goal, they switch to defense and play 2v2 against the first attacking players from C and D. A quick attempt on goal is encouraged. If no goal is scored within 1 minute, the game stops (all players leave the field) and the drill restarts with the next two players from A and B.
