Full-back overlapping

Description

The starting full-back passes to the central midfielder and immediately makes an overlapping run down the flank to the byline. The central midfielder passes as quickly as possible to the inside player, who returns the ball to the central midfielder; the latter plays a long ball towards the byline. The player who was in the central midfield position runs to the near post, and the inside player runs to the far post, crossing behind the central midfielder. The full-back controls the ball and crosses. The central midfielder and the inside player attempt to finish.
