Description
Players start the course before station 1. As soon as the first player completes station 3, the next one can start, and so on. Station 1: Dribble with the strong foot, then pass to the coach and jog easily to station 2. Station 2: Sprint from cone gate to cone gate. Station 3: Alternate jumping combination with right and left leg and jog to station 4. Station 4: Dribble with the ball, go through the cone goal, perform a feint at the cone, and finish left or right (with the respective foot). Station 5: Dribble with the ball and juggle until station 6. Station 6: Dribble with the weak foot to station 7. Station 7: Take the ball and head-juggle through the cone gate. Station 8: Dribble past cone A, pull the ball back with the foot, perform a feint/step-over at cones B, C, and D, and finish on goal.
