Zipper Dribbling

Description

Distribute players evenly between cones A and B. Groups at A and B start simultaneously, performing the following tasks: Free dribbling around cones C + D. Player A runs around C and player B around D. In the middle, they run in a zipper pattern. A runs towards B and B towards A. Narrow pendulum touches (dribbling the ball closely right/left). In the middle, they cross again in a zipper pattern. Free dribbling around cones C and D. Before crossing in the middle, perform a 360° turn. Then, a short sprint. A towards B and B towards A. A starts with the ball at his feet. B has the ball in his hands. In the middle, they exchange the ball. B throws the ball to A. A passes the ball to B. After the exchange, a short sprint. A towards B and B towards A. A dribbles the ball while B holds the ball and dribbles it forward with both hands. In the middle, they exchange the ball again. Then, a short sprint. A towards B and B towards A.
