Description
The Red player dribbles at speed towards the first cone and performs a cut just before it with the outside of the right foot. Then, they dribble towards the next cone and perform a cut just before it with the outside of the left foot. After the last cut, the Red player makes a hard pass to the Yellow player, who starts the same action. The passing route is the same as the running route: Red to Yellow, Yellow to Blue, etc.
