Coordination with directed finishing

Description

• The start alternates between the right and left sides. • Start time: When the next player (red) from the center gives a high-five. • Left: Players run forward with short, quick steps or backward around the cones, then jump over hurdles with both legs / one leg. • Right: Run through coordination rings -> 2 rings side-by-side: right and left foot -> 1 ring: both feet (1 step per ring). • After the coordination exercises, the red player gives a high-five. The green player takes the red player's position. • The red player runs through the coordination ladder with 2 steps per square and foot. If there is a cone next to the ladder, the player takes an extra step toward the cone. • The coach/player next to the goal indicates where to shoot with a pressure pass by selecting a color and holding it up or down. • After the red player finishes the coordination ladder, the GK jumps over the hurdle with both feet and moves into the set position.
