Description

The player stands behind two cones and plays the ball flat against a wall/bench repeatedly (for about 30 seconds per round). The following tasks can be performed: Stop the ball with the inside of the foot and play it back to the wall with the same foot. Carry the ball diagonally forward with the inside of the foot and play it against the wall with the other foot. Play the ball directly against the wall. Carry the ball laterally with the outside of the foot and play it against the wall. Carry the ball diagonally forward with the inside of the foot. Then, carry the ball further once with the outside of the foot and pass it against the wall. Play the ball directly against the wall. Gradually increase the distance from the wall as the drill progresses.
