Sprint dribbling and ball delivery

Description

The drill can be performed in two ways: Variant 1: 5 players, 1 ball Player A sprints with the ball towards player B. At his level, he leaves the ball dead, so player B starts a sprint and performs the same procedure diagonally towards player C. And so on (see animation). The ball delivery requires a short pass (1-2 meters). Variant 2: 6 players, 2 balls The drill is practically the same, only with a small modification. The positions where each of the balls are located will be situated diagonally, and both players in those positions start the drill at the same time. In each of these positions, there are two players, and in each of the other two remaining positions, one player is placed. In total, we have six players and two balls, with two starting positions.
