Description
Player A and Player B (each with a ball) start to the left and right of the goal and begin running on the signal. Player 1 runs directly around a cone placed approximately 25 meters from the goal and shoots after turning. Player 2 runs through two cones placed in a figure-eight pattern before heading toward another cone also located 25 meters from the goal. Then, they attempt to beat Player 1, who immediately becomes the defender, and take a shot on goal.
